Courses
Race Core
Your foundation in race car engineering. No experience? No problem. You’ll learn the fundamentals of automotive systems including aerodynamics, chassis, vehicle dynamics, ICE, electric powertrains and basics of Materials. You’ll also get hands-on with industry tools like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Matlab and Protus. By the end, understand the science behind speed.
2000 EGP
Race Pro
Takes you beyond the basics into full system-level design. You’ll work on real-world subsystems like Race car body and frame design, suspension, steering, brakes and full powertrain unit (Ev or ICE), this program trains you to handle professional-grade tools including ANSYS Fluent, MATLAB, Ansys Static Structural, Ls Dyna, STM programming and advanced CAD workflows. You’ll design, simulate, analyze, and validate your first car designs — just like in a real engineering department.
7500 EGP
Race Pro+
Our exclusive mentorship-based program where you’ll design an entire race car from scratch under one-on-one guidance. You’ll apply everything you've learned across all systems: aerodynamics, frame, EV powertrain, integration between sub-teams. You'll also start manufacturing and assembly of your real race car under one-on-one guidance. Perfect for final portfolios, competitions, or launching your motorsport engineering career.

AWD Formula-E
For (GEVC), Helwan Racing Team developed a high-performance 1:1 scale Formula E vehicle. The project required seamless integration between the team's chassis, aerodynamics, powertrain, and vehicle dynamics sub-teams to produce a stable and competitive racing platform. The team's successful collaboration resulted in a vehicle that secured 3rd Place Overall and earned 1st Place in Design Discussion at the 2023 competition.
Prototype Concept Vehicle
This project involved the complete development of an energy-efficient Prototype Concept vehicle designed for a low carbon footprint. Over a three-month period, the vehicle was designed, manufactured, and prepared for the Shell Eco-Marathon 2025 (Asia pacific & Middle East) competition. The culmination of this effort was the successful completion of the Technical Inspection, which affirmed the vehicle's adherence to all competition rules and safety standards.

Urban Concept Vehicle
Within a rapid three-month timeframe, our team delivered a gasoline-powered Urban Concept vehicle that successfully met the demanding standards of the Shell Eco-Marathon 2025 (Asia pacific & Middle East). The project's success was highlighted by passing the comprehensive Technical Inspection, a key milestone that confirmed the vehicle's reliability and design integrity.
Prototype Concept Vehicle
Shell Eco-Marathon Egypt 2023, the team developed a futuristic Prototype vehicle with the singular goal of maximizing energy efficiency. The design philosophy centered on an ultra-lightweight chassis and a highly aerodynamic body, validated through extensive simulation and analysis. This focused and innovative approach proved to be a winning strategy, earning the team the top award of 1st Place in Prototype Concept Design.

Urban Concept Vehicle
the Shell Eco-Marathon Egypt 2023 Urban Concept category was focused on developing a practical, energy-efficient vehicle with a low carbon footprint. Through a collaborative effort between the chassis, aerodynamics, powertrain, and vehicle dynamics teams, a reliable and innovative vehicle was created. This effort was formally recognized by the competition judges, securing the team 4th Place in the Urban Concept Design category.
Two-Seater Electric Vehicle
The Two-Seater EV Concept was Created as a practice exercise for future competitions, this project challenged the team to build a complete design workflow, integrating the chassis, aerodynamics, powertrain, and vehicle dynamics systems. While not intended for competition, the project was a critical success, providing the essential hands-on experience and engineering blueprint that paved the way for the team's future award-winning vehicle.
